**Salary / Training Stipend**: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time (Training/Apprenticeship Role)

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Helper - AC Technician** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning and growing in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration. Prior experience is not required - just a willingness to work hard and grow with us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist AC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
- Carry tools and materials, and help with basic tasks during field visits.
- Learn the technical aspects of AC systems and their components.
- Follow safety protocols and instructions from senior technicians.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workspace.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum 8th pass or fail, Diploma holders also welcome.
- Must have a **bike** with valid license (for field travel).
- Should have **basic communication skills in English and Tamil**.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site in various environments.
- Strong learning attitude and a mindset for career growth in this field.
