**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Craft and implement engaging daily lesson plans using stories, songs, arts & crafts, indoor/outdoor games, and other age-appropriate methods.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children aged 2-5 years.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom; ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning, classroom activities, and school events.
- Engage parents through regular communication, reports, and informal meetings to support child’s growth

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, B.Ed, or equivalent).
- Credential in early childhood teaching (NTT, NPTT, ECCE, Montessori)
- Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in preschool or playschool; freshers with relevant diplomas may also apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
