**Responsibilities**
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Should be specialized in Social Media Ads/ Google Ads.
- Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
- Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms. Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumer journeys to drive engagements and conversions.
- Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
- Prepare and present reports
- End-to-end operations management on clients

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
- 2 years of work experience
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing principles
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience in running lead generation & performance campaign
- Fluency in English both oral and written a must
- Team player and ability to work with creative partners
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle high-pressure clients
- Exceptional communication skills
- Graduate with a Management degree as a preferred
- Certification in digital marketing would be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
