**Job Summary**
To provide on-site installation,service and maintenance of UPS systems as well as diagnosing and repairing existing system in the field.This position will provide a high level of technical support to external customers while working under mínimal supervision.The person need extensive travel and willing to work 24/7.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments
- Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Provide technical support to external customers at their location
- Provide on-site training to the customers
- Interface with cross functional work teams such as customer support/services,
- Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
**Skill Required**
- Knowledge in Electrical and electronics system.
- Basic computer skills and able to use basic functions of M/S Office Suite for reports and time and record keeping.
- Excellent written and oral skills preferred
- Strong time management skills
