We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning 3D visualizations of residential and/or commercial interior spaces. Your creativity and technical skills will be instrumental in bringing our clients' design visions to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Modeling & Visualization**:

- Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, 3ds Max).
- Develop photorealistic visualizations that accurately depict the look and feel of proposed designs.
- Ensure accurate representation of materials, textures, and lighting in 3D models.
- **Design Development**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
- Create mood boards and color palettes that reflect the client's desired aesthetic.
- Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements and assess existing conditions.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max) and 2D drafting software (AutoCAD).
- Experience with rendering software (Enscape or similar).
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and furniture selections.
- Excellent knowledge of interior design principles and architectural detailing.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients both verbally and visually.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other team members.
- Present design proposals to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in interior design and 3D visualization.
- Attend industry events, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in 3D interior design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling, rendering, and design skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
