**Job Title**: Accounts Receivable.

**Job Location**: Vadodara

**Shift Timings**: US shift (06.00 PM IST to 04.00 AM IST)

**What you’ll do**
- Prepare customer statements, bills and invoices, and reconcile expenses to the general ledger
- Reconcile payments of the client. Compare details given by client with the open invoice in the system.
- Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfers to accounts receivable accounts; verifying totals; preparing reports.
- Calculate and reconcile of the amount of sales tax to be paid to US Government
- Prepare management report which includes Credit balance-any overpayment done by client and Pass due report.
- Communicate with clients and sales department for past due invoices

**What You’ll Need**
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; communications skills - specifically written and oral
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are evident in the preparation of accurate weekly and monthly reports within tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of general accounting procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
