**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a distinguished and visionary individual to join our faculty in the

**Experience**:

- Experience is required in M.tech ME/M.S in Mechanical Engineering (MECH), Embedded systems or related fields.
- Experience as an teaching Assistant, Lecturer, or Professor is Beneficial
- Research guidance and mentoring experience is required.
- Extensive teaching experience at the university level.

**Minimum Qualification**
- Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering(MECH), like Robotics, Thermal Engineering, Manufacturing, Automatic, Aerospace, Embedded Systems or related field from a recognized University
- Distinguished record of research and publications in top-tier journals.
- Extensive teaching experience at the university level.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Programming languages like Python, C,C++, R,Java, Matlab for simulations and Automations.
- Minimum one funding Project per academic year, 2 Patents per year, 3 to 5 Papers per year.
- Strong ability to analyze and solve complex technical and research problems.
- Capability to guide students and faculty members, and lead research projects effectively. - Proven ability to work seamlessly with colleagues, industry partners, and academic institutions to foster a dynamic learning environment.
- Creative and forward-thinking approach in designing teaching methodologies and research frameworks. - Ability to efficiently balance teaching, research, and administrative responsibility

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Delivering expert-level lectures and conducting seminars in relevant courses for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Capability to guide Emerging technologies to Assistant Professor in the form of FTP’s.
- Leading the strategic development of course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and exams, ensuring alignment with the latest advancements and industry trends.
- Leading and managing groundbreaking research projects, contributing to high-impact scholarly publications, and presenting findings at reputed national and international conferences - Providing strategic academic and career guidance, supervising student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Developing and implementing effective assessment methods to evaluate student performance and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engaging in continuous learning and participating in professional development initiatives. - Participating in departmental meetings, serving on academic and administrative committees, and contributing to the governance and overall development of the department.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners to enhance practical learning experiences, internship opportunities, and research collaborations.
- Representing the institution at national and international conferences and forums.
- Mandatory to guide one Ph.d Scholar for 2 Years, At Least two M.tech Scholars per year.
