Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the buying process, including customization requests.

Proactively follow up on leads to close sales and boost conversions.

Maintain product knowledge to suggest styles and trends.

Coordinate with the fulfillment team for seamless order processing and shipping updates.

Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction & retention.

Who You Are:
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Prior experience in e-commerce sales or luxury retail is a plus.

Passionate about fashion, jewelry, and customer engagement

Pay: ₹12,122.67 - ₹20,000.00 per month
