**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal vouchers (JVs), accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), vendor invoice processing, invoice generation, and vendor payments.
- Manage non-routine accounting tasks as they arise with mínimal oversight.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams to support AR/AP reconciliations and provide clarity when required.
- Prepare data and documentation for statutory compliance including GST, TDS, tax audits, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and payments.
- Generate intercompany (IC) invoices for support services in JDE and coordinate with IC partners.
- Support monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and related financial reporting.
- Post foreign receipts and payments from IC and third-party customers/vendors in JDE.
- Participate in the preparation and review of statutory books and internal audit processes.
- Provide necessary records and clarifications during audits.
- Collaborate with colleagues and assist management in assigned tasks and process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (required).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English - both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably JDE.
