Academic Counselor

We are looking for a skilled Academic counsellor who will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through training & development,, talent management, and facilities management services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Do Strategic planning for business development and marketing
- Academic Advising: Provide personalized academic counseling to students, helping them select
- appropriate job, set academic goals, and create plans.
- Study Skills and Time Management: Offer guidance on effective study techniques, time
- management strategies, and organizational skills to improve students' academic performance.
- Course Scheduling: Assist students in creating class schedules that align with their academic
- requirements and career aspirations.
- Career Counseling: Provide information and resources regarding career options,, co-op
- programs, and job opportunities, helping students make informed career decisions.
- Personal Support: Offer emotional and academic support to students facing personal challenges
- that may affect their academic success.
- Monitoring Progress: Regularly track and evaluate students' academic progress, identifying areas
- of improvement and implementing intervention plans when necessary.
- Resource Referrals: Connect students with campus resources
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of advising sessions, student progress, and other
- relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Orientation and Workshops: Organize and conduct orientation programs and workshops to help
- students transition into their educational institution and develop essential academic skills.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on academic policies, curriculum, and job trends to provide
- accurate information to students.
- Handle verified applicants by referring to the eligibility requirements
- Follow up dialer calls and convert into business
- Preparing report on competitor product/service analysis
- Corporate with firm Projects and services
- Handle day to day actions and help the management to achieve success
- Continuous interaction with concerned contacts
- Submit daily reports and statics to the Team Leader Responsible for timely submission of admission status report and various track sheets
- Fees collection and other documentations

**Qualifications**:

- 1 years Plus of experience in academic counseling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of academic advising principles and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
- Familiarity with educational software and tools for tracking student progress.
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling student information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
