**Responsibilities**:
1. Counselling students and parents about our course over calls or face-to-face.

2. Outbound calls per the leads received from the support team (Marketing, Admin
- support).

3. Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis over the call.

4. Counsel students and parents who walk into the office for various programs.

5. Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic

success.

6. Update the daily database to CRM.

7. Responsible for overall admissions in the centre.

**Skills/Experience**:
1. Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be

able to convert them into admission.

2. Should have excellent communication skills.

3. Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

4. Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.

5. Should be a Team Player with good convincing and Grabbing power.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
