Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Telecallers.
- English and Malayalam

*Highly motivated and hold atleast a degree qualification.

*Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.

*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

*Energetic and active approach to the role.

*Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain the product and services to potential customers
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during calls.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls and enquiry information.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them.
- Provide feedback and report on customer interactions to the team leader.

Job Location: Triprayar

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
