MNC hiring T24 Business Analyst

Experience:3-11yrs
- Minimum 3 years of experience in T24 Banking domain
- Experience in Agile way of working
- Knowledge/implementation of core banking products (either Temenos products or any other) would be an added plus.

T24 Domain Expertise
- He/She must have end-to-end knowledge on configuration in Temenos retail products
- Understand the Requirement Document & Design Specification Documents
- Maintain Temenos coding standards

Duties:

- Analysis of incidents and service requests.
- Attend to user knowledge issues. By explaining to the end users on the steps to be followed.
- Classify as potential configuration or customization or core issue.
- Update knowledge base
- Issue resolution
- Investigate the production issues raised with files generated from T24

Essential Skills Required:

- Understanding of FAH file processing
- Ability to understand the client s requirement & Design Document clearly
- Full software lifecycle development experience, preferably in agile methodology
- Understanding of integration touch points and various integration patterns
- Good communication skill
- Islamic Banking products knowledge is an added advantage
