**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring that materials and goods are tracked effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials based on production requirements.
- Implement and maintain proper stock rotation and FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology.
- **Receiving and Issuing Goods**:

- Oversee the receiving of materials and goods, ensuring items are in good condition and accurately recorded.
- Issue materials and goods to production departments based on requisitions, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- **Stock Control**:

- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies, manage slow-moving stock, and identify excess inventory.
- Ensure proper storage of materials in compliance with safety regulations and organizational standards.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate stock records, including quantities, batch numbers, and other relevant details.
- Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing stock, including receipts, issue slips, and stock transfer forms.
- **Warehouse Organization**:

- Ensure the proper organization and cleanliness of the store and warehouse areas.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely availability of required materials for production.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials as per industry safety standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment within the warehouse/store area.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies to the Store Manager or senior management.
- Assist in preparing annual stock budgets and forecasts for material procurement.
- **Supplier & Vendor Coordination**:

- Liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment, returns, and quality checks.
- Track and monitor deliveries from suppliers to ensure the timely arrival of materials.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Identify any issues related to stock management and inventory discrepancies, and work towards finding solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
