**Content Research Internship in a Google Launchpad StartUp**

**Who We Are. And What We Are Looking For.**

**We are a Google Launchpad Digital Health Product startup (Launchpad is Google's accelerator for start-ups; we have received USD 2,00,000 from them in platform credit, in two tranches, most recently in October 2019 as part of their surge program)**
What you see live on our website currently is our content piece (video-focused) which showcases Insights from the Worlds Best Medical Minds to Global Audiences.
Under testing and development are our Apps that drive adherence and doctor-patient engagement.
**We have won three international recognitions: Google Launchpad, Berlin Bootcamp, Startupnetworkz Singapore (Start-Up of Substance) while still in the pre-alpha phase. We are also a NASSCOM Showcase Start-Up.**

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:
1. Interpreting research specifications and developing a work plan that satisfies requirements
2. Conducting desktop research, and using books, journal articles, newspaper sources, questionnaires, surveys, polls, and interviews to gather data
3. Analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends
4. Recording findings by taking written notes and using appropriate software
5. Assisting with budget and time schedules
6. Anticipating research issues and promptly resolving them
7. Working on promptly reporting any problems to relevant stakeholders
8. Following a strict code of ethics and protecting any confidential information at all times
9. Researching background material and drafting questions for upcoming live streams/surveys/features on which the content team is working

**Key Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Content researcher/writer
2. Interest in working on & learning aspects
3. Familiarity with social media
4. Excellent writing skills in English
5. Attention to detail
6. Good organizational and time-management skills
7. Bachelors degree in Journalism or relevant field

**Stipend**: INR 5000 per month with a bonus payable on completion.

**Login**: Ideally you are expected to log in eight hours every day, six days a week with the flexibility to choose your hours. You can log in for less / more on a day to day basis. Excess hours will be banked.

You are expected to log in 1248 hours for this internship over six months. (longer, if your daily login is less than 8 hours or you have taken leave). One month will be deemed completed on login of approx. 200 hours.

**Timings**: Flexible, need not be in one stretch.

**Note**: The internship duration will get extended if you take off for exams/emergencies. Stipend gets transferred to your account on the 10th of every month as a prorated amount of the hours logged in till 30th of preceding month.
