**Job Title**: Export Documentation Specialist
The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of export documentation to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to international buyers. This role involves liaising with buyers to obtain necessary approvals and confirming compliance with export regulations and shipping requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prepare Export Documents**:
- Prepare and review export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Ensure that all export documents comply with international trade regulations, buyer specifications, and company policies.
- **Obtain Buyer Approvals**:
- Coordinate with buyers to obtain the necessary approvals on export documentation before shipment.
- Communicate effectively with buyers to address any discrepancies or issues related to documentation and approvals.
- **Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers**:
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth export processes.
- Ensure that all documentation is prepared and submitted on time to prevent delays.
- **Maintain Export Records**:
- Keep accurate records of export documents and approvals for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Ensure proper filing and tracking of documents for audit and compliance requirements.
- **Ensure Compliance with Export Laws**:
- Stay up to date with international trade laws, export restrictions, and regulations related to the countries involved.
- Ensure compliance with both the buyer's requirements and government regulations to prevent shipping delays or issues.
- **Problem-Solving**:
- Address and resolve any issues related to export documentation, including discrepancies in approvals, missing documents, or compliance issues.
- **Communication & Coordination**:
- Maintain effective communication with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate and obtain approvals from buyers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of export compliance and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software for documentation management.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in export documentation or logistics is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,094.38 - ₹34,652.01 per month
