**Job Summary**:
The Primary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the primary section. This role involves ensuring effective curriculum implementation, supporting teachers, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The coordinator works closely with teachers, students, and parents to enhance the quality of education and promote a nurturing school culture.
**Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership and Curriculum Implementation**:
- Oversee and support the planning and execution of lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum.
- Monitor and enhance the quality of teaching and learning in the primary section.
- Ensure that educational objectives and learning outcomes are met effectively.
- Promote innovative and engaging teaching methodologies.
**Teacher Mentoring and Support**:
- Guide and mentor teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Conduct teacher training programs and workshops for professional development.
- Facilitate collaboration among teachers to share best practices and resources.
**Student Development and Discipline**:
- Monitor student progress and address learning difficulties through interventions.
- Encourage the development of students’ social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Implement behavior management strategies and maintain a disciplined learning environment.
**Parental and Community Engagement**:
- Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and the school administration.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and workshops to discuss student progress and initiatives.
- Promote open communication and address parental concerns effectively.
**Administrative and Operational Duties**:
- Assist in developing school policies, schedules, and assessment strategies.
- Ensure smooth execution of school activities, events, and extracurricular programs.
- Maintain records related to student performance, teacher evaluations, and curriculum updates.
**Professional Development and Leadership**:
- Stay updated with educational trends, policies, and best practices.
- Participate in leadership training, conferences, and workshops.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
