**Qualification & Experience**:

- B.Sc ( Hotel Management & Catering Services).
- 10 Years experience in Universities, Colleges and other Institutions of Higher Education are preferable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Should be smart enough to supervise and monitor the University premises daily to ensure security, safety and cleanliness of the Campus
- Monitor administrative, custodial tasks, emergency planning as needed by coordinating with other departments
- Supervise the janitorial staff and other workers
- Evaluate existing systems and identify technical problems
- Record and report emergencies
- Oversee waste management, garbage collection, product delivery and other operations
- Carry out inspections of the facility. Perform random checks.
