**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand user requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and consistent across platforms (web & mobile).
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to optimize user journeys.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Create and maintain design systems, guidelines, and UI assets.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator**.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and basic front-end frameworks** is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

**Nice to Have**:

- Motion graphics / animation skills.
- Experience with **Design Systems**.
- Understanding of accessibility standards.
