**Pub plan and Editorial**
- To ensure completion of assigned editorial tasks within agreed schedules.
- To ensure publication of error-free high quality books.
- To ensure timely preparation of required documentation.

**Coordination with other depts and external vendors**
- To ensure efficient and professional communication with authors
- To identify and develop at least one suitable freelance editor
- To ensure harmonious and professional relations with suppliers

**Supplementary**
- To attend and ensure whole-hearted participation in in-house training session(s), which could include preparation of presentations, case studies and slide shows
- To extend full cooperation while handling unbudgeted additional editorial tasks.

**Role Competence**:
**Qualifications**: Graduation/Post-graduation.
**Overall**: 4-6 Years.
**Regional Diversity/Specificity**: Majorly related with Sales Team.
