Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our team at the TarunIAS Guwahati Center. The Admission Counselor will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process, and effectively communicating the benefits of our coaching programs tailored for UPSC and APSC examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
2. Provide detailed information about TarunIAS coaching programs, course offerings, admission procedures, and fee structures.
3. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand the aspirations and academic background of each student and recommend suitable coaching programs accordingly.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to support admission activities.
7. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, interactions, and admissions data using the CRM system.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of civil services examinations and educational counseling to provide informed guidance to students.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, or sales roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their career goals.
- Knowledge of UPSC and APSC examination patterns and eligibility criteria will be beneficial.
