**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and design appropriate reports and metrics to meet their needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies to ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide technical support to users on MIS tools and reports, including troubleshooting issues and providing training as needed.
- Participate in the review and improvement of MIS systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support management by providing timely insights and analytics for decision-making purposes.

**Skills Required**:

- Graduation in any stream.
- 3 years of experience as MIS Executive is must.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advance excel is a must.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Knowledge of data management policies and procedures is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
