**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to support our clients in enhancing their market presence. This role involves managing and executing marketing strategies, guiding clients in creating impactful marketing content, and leveraging CRMs like Genie AI (GoHighLevel CRM system) to optimise client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Collaborate with clients to create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to their business needs.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow clients’ social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- **LinkedIn Outreach**: Conduct outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with potential clients and enhance brand visibility.
- **SEO & PPC**: Optimise website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- **Brand Development**: Ensure consistency in clients’ brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Client Engagement**: Utilise Genie AI to manage client interactions, automate follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client journey.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to clients as needed, ensuring efficient operations and project management.
- **Training & Support**: Guide clients in using marketing tools and platforms, and provide ongoing support to enhance their marketing capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- **Marketing Expertise**: Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in the wellness or coaching industry.
- **Content Creation**: Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience, including technical writing and blog posts.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Proficiency in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and analytics.
- **SEO & PPC**: Knowledge of SEO best practices and PPC management to drive organic and paid traffic.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM systems, preferably Genie AI (GoHighLevel), to manage client relationships and automate marketing tasks.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to extract and convey key information effectively.
- **Learning Agility**: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
