Must work independently as Digital Manufacturing Consultant.
- Develop Material flow, process steps and product breakdown structure with requirement of the manufacturing build schedule using DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE software
- Must have used MEA / EQS / PPL / MBOM /PLA / Factory Simulation Tools in 3DEXPERIENCE in prioritizing builds, expediting and automating transactions per Lean concepts.
- Solid experience in Industrial Plant operations & Manufacturing assembly
- Be able to collaborate effectively with multi-Functional teams
- Must have delivered independently in any DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE based Process planning & Simulation projects
- Meet the needs of internal and external customers, through documenting, understanding and prioritizing customer requirements.
- Plant Layout Design, Tradeoff studies / Verification & Validation.
- 3D Flow / Kinematic simulations and assembly sequence. (Assembly Evaluation, Equipment design & simulation and clash analysis)
- Build Process and M-BOM definition. (Process Planning and Manufactured Item Definition)
- Preparing Work Instructions.
- Robotics simulations in DELMIA.
- Basics of Ergonomics studies and related modules in 3DExperience.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and at least 5-8 years of Product engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience is required.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering is a plus.
- 5+ years of competency in any 2 of the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Assembly Process, Production Preparation Process (3P), Time Study, Factory workflow, Project Management, DELMIA 3DX software modules.
- 4+ years in detailed Production workflow study and design.

**Good to have**:

- Exposure in Automotive/Aerospace industry is a plus
- Exposure to supply chain planning, demand planning, logistics, purchasing.
- Exposure to operations, Quality Control, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software and Virtual simulation software DELMIA 3DX
- Good to have: knowledgeware apps like template designer, engineering rules capture.
- Change and release process; experience in collaborative lifecycle management.
