Experience of 2 to 4 years in embedded basic software development

**Detailed Technical Skills**:
**RTOS, Micro Controllers**
- Experience with integration, configuration and validation of the BSW components
- Hands on experience with AUTOSAR layered architecture
- Good understanding of micro-controller / micro-processor architecture, HW features, memory access and communication mechanisms
- Know-how of the multicore controllers (AURIX) and software platform
- Awareness on RTOS concepts, scheduling mechanisms
- Good understanding of data consistency mechanisms for parallel threaded programs, design methodologies for multicore safe SW development
- Experience in requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing of automotive SW
- Ability to drive the team and go extra mile to achieve committed targets
- Automotive domain experience is preferred
- Prior experience with regards to Leading the team is preferred
- Know-how on agile methodologies & ASPICE is preferred.
- Result oriented, Self-driven and structured approach towards problem solving
- Strong communication skills, cooperative/collaborative in approach, strong influencing and negotiation skills

**Qualification**:
B.E/B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Mechatronics, Electrical, Instrumentation
