The Technology Project Management role within Enterprise Platform Engineering & Operations (EPEO) is to lead and deliver the IT Infrastructures (Intranet, Extranet, Servers, Storage, Voice, Collaboration technologies etc) across the globe. The TPM has to collaborate closely with various team members including Site IT, Service Teams, Product Teams, Infrastructure Architects, Purchasing, Finance, Manufacturing IT etc. and deliver the IT Infrastructure for Manufacturing and Non-manufacturing locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience and proven ability to deploy infrastructure,
- Perform at an extremely high level project management competence
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and leadership directly and deliver results
- Ability to drive and meet the delivery timelines, foreseen risks and issues and track to close meticulously
- Ability to communicate effectively with globally distributed business and IT stakeholders.
- Organized and attention to detail with strong written and oral communication

Technology Project Manager is responsible for delivering IT Infrastructure across the Ford globe.
- Guides program teams to ensure program and/or project goal alignment with the Company's objectives through Demand and Value Management Services.
- Guides, coaches, influences, and manages business value realization for programs and/or projects.
- Establishes structure and governance to maintain alignment and produce accurate and timely reporting at the program level.
- Ensures effective integration management throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Provides the mechanism for an effective stakeholder relationship.
- Develops, manages, and controls funding plans, program charter, program release, and project plans, and drives the team to make them accountable for an effective value deliv
- Develops budget and financial plans for programs.
- Supports the writing of program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services based on values and priorities.
- Manages program and delivery level risks and issues, and supports in mitigation and/or resolution.
- Ensures the appropriate use of project management and demand management tools, techniques, processes, and methods.
- Supports project teams with a lightweight process framework based on complexity.
