**Job Summary**:
The Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst is responsible for leading the business analysis activities related to the Guidewire ClaimCenter system. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into functional specifications.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and document user requirements, business processes, and workflows.
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and align with the Guidewire ClaimCenter system.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to business users.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
- Stay updated on Guidewire ClaimCenter functionalities and industry best practices to provide insights and recommendations.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Strong business analysis skills
- Knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite

**Nice to Have Skills**:

- Experience with Guidewire Integrations
- Proficiency in SQL

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-12 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience working with Guidewire ClaimCenter and related modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
