**Job Title**: Homeroom Teacher - Grade 1 and 2
**Location**: Epistemo Vikas Leadership School

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Utilize engaging and interactive teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.

**Homeroom Responsibilities**:Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents in the homeroom class.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes a sense of community.

**Individualized Support**:Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs and abilities.
Collaborate with special education staff or other specialists when necessary.

**Parent Communication**:Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress, behavior, and any concerns.
Conduct parent-teacher conferences and other communication as needed.

**Classroom Management**:Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning environment.
Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior and academic performance.

**Assessment and Feedback**:Conduct assessments to evaluate students' progress and understanding of key concepts.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic and behavioral achievements.

Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and contribute to school events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Teaching certification with a focus on primary education.
- Previous experience as a homeroom teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for fostering the holistic development of young learners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
