Guidewire Claim Center Business Analyst with exposure to P&C insurance and having the following skills:

- Strong hold on GW CC functionalities such as claim creation, claim management, negotiations, reserves, payments, recoveries, subrogation
- Understanding and analysing business expectations and conducting workshops
- Conducting Gap Analysis and feasibility analysis during project inception phase
- Preparing Business process flows and eliciting business requirements
- Documenting comprehensive business requirements
- Collaborating with technical team to communicate and expound requirements
- Acting as an Offshore SME and supporting the development and testing teams
- Preparing business scenarios and supporting artifacts for the Testing Team
- Preparing detailed process flows and demo scenarios
- Creating HLD and Architecture documents for different integrations touch points
- Assisting facilitation of meetings between the IT and business stakeholders.
- Designing and documenting business and IT processes and workflows
- Participating in design sessions in prototyping new systems or enhancements
- Translating business requirements into software requirements specifications
- Assisting in system integration and user acceptance testing
