The organization operates with a brand name 'My STEM Lab' which works with over 1200 schools in 12 different countries. We, as an organization, work in the field of STEM education for grades 1 to 10.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and visually striking designs for print and digital media, including but not limited to brochures, social media graphics, website banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand presence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate modern design techniques to keep our visual identity fresh and captivating.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand representation across various platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work specially in Vector designing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Corelldraw, Illustrator etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
