**Role Description**

**Role -**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive and creative lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, tests, and activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues for student development.
- Participate in school activities, training sessions, and events.

**Qualifications and Experience -**
- **Education**: Associate Degree or equivalent qualification in Education or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of proven teaching experience at the primary level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management and child-handling abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
