- Job Title: Procurement Admin

2. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Management to join our team.

3. Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of Construction Materials esp MECHANICAL items for BUILDINGS construction
- Experience in overseeing GLOBAL SOURCING, VENDOR DEVELOPMENT, COST SAVING,

SUPPLYCHAIN MANAGEMENT, MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
- Source and procure goods, services and materials from suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
- Evaluate bids and proposals to ensure best value for the company
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions
- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives

4. Must Haves:

- In hand experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field
- elevant experience in procurement or related field
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices and regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (Ex: SAP)
- Experience with contract management and supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards

5. Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

6. Other:

- Should have Excellent communication skills
- Should be able to work in nightshift
- Client facing with excellent language, report writing, presentation and communication skills
- International working (USA) will be an advantage but is not mandatory
