Clearly explain the process, services, and next steps to caregivers in a confident and compassionate manner.
Schedule initial consultations for families with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Educate families on Medicaid, private insurance, and funding options available for therapy services.
Respond to inbound job inquiries and provide clear expectations for available roles (RBTs, BCBAs, administrative positions).
Answer employment-related questions regarding job requirements, hiring process, and onboarding.
**3. General Administrative & Business Support**
Respond to inquiries from community partners, schools, and potential referral sources.
Conduct light research on ABA competitors, Medicaid policy updates, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and marketing to improve communication and client engagement strategies.
**Who We’re Looking For**
Excellent Communicator - Can clearly explain ABA therapy, services, and next steps to caregivers and job seekers.
Goal-Oriented & Proactive - Can follow up, close inquiries, and convert leads into clients or employees.
Highly Organized - Able to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Detail-Oriented & Research-Driven - Can find answers, understand Medicaid & insurance policies, and provide accurate information.
Professional & Personable - Serves as the first impression of Look Up Therapy.
Problem-Solver - Can effectively guide families and job applicants through intake and hiring processes.
Bilingual (Preferred, Not Required) - Fluency in Haitian Creole or Spanish is a plus.
**Required Experience & Skills**
2+ years of experience in customer service, client intake, or administrative coordination.
Experience handling high-call volumes in a professional setting.
Ability to explain complex processes simply (Medicaid, insurance approvals, therapy intake, etc.).
Experience handling sensitive or HIPAA-regulated client information.
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
