**Job Title**: Educational Counsellor

**Experience Required**: 1-2 years (Preferably in Training Institutes / Coaching Centers / Educational Consultancies)

**Job Location**: Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents about training programs, courses, and career paths.
- Handle student walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Guide students in choosing the right course based on their interests and career goals.
- Support admission process, documentation, and enrollment.
- Maintain good relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Education / Psychology background preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor / Educational Counsellor in a **training center / coaching institute / EdTech / educational consultancy**.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student queries with patience and professionalism.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Training Institutes: 2 years (preferred)
