Data Visualization Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Description **- The role is part of the CIB Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization supporting CIB Technology. F&BM team drives business management, financial analysis, vendor management, strategy governance and internal communications for CIB Technology organization. This position is in Financial Analytics and Automation(FAA) team which is responsible for delivering projects to help various business in CIB.

**Job Responsibility**
- Responsible for leading the reporting/automation project end-to-end-to-end
- Identify the pain points for businesses and try to resolve those using various tools available like Qlik, Alteryx, Python, Databricks etc.
- Assist team to analyze and prioritize work while level-setting expectations for delivery to stakeholders

**Professional Skills**
- Knowledge of full software life cycle for reporting solution tools like Qlik Sense.
- Expertise in Qlik sense data modelling as well as UI design
- Data modelling in Databricks will be a big advantage
- Expertise in ETL tools like Alteryx and Python will be preferred
- Proactive approach to problem solving; strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing and relationship building skills
- Attention to details and a self-starter
- Fosters positive working relationships; manage stakeholders globally
- Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure; flexibility and ability to prioritize requests and multi-task
- Aptitude to prioritize key tasks effectively and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and consistently execute responsibilities independently.
- High level of personal commitment to each task, a can do attitude and a drive to deliver
- Take ownership and responsibility

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 4+ years of work experience, primarily in Qlik Sense, database.
- Experience working in an offshore engagement model, in large, global multi-tiered organizations, preferably in the financial industry
- Engineering degree preferred
- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
