Site In-charge

Safety: Ensuring the safety of the site and all workers, and that health and safety regulations are followed
- Problem solving: Quickly identifying, diagnosing, and resolving electrical issues
- Project management: Overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and estimating time and materials
- Communication: Communicating well with colleagues, subcontractors, and consultants
- Quality: Ensuring that work is completed to the required quality and workmanship standards
- Subcontractors: Managing and monitoring the performance of subcontractors, and ensuring they work to the program and construction sequence
- Documentation: Documenting projects
- Data analysis: Analyzing and interpreting data
- Managing and maintaining construction site documentation
- Resolving issues and conflicts
- Ensuring the site is clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Getting building materials onto the site
- Keeping track of deliveries
- Organizing rubbish disposal
- Monitoring project budgets and financial performance
- Having knowledge about site work like HT, LT Panel work, Cable work, cable tray work, lighting work, earthing work, bus duct work and other electrical project related work with installation, testing and commissioning

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
