- Verify vendor documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Maintain and update Management Information Systems with relevant commercial data
- Process invoices and ensure they match purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors, addressing queries and resolving issues
- Prepare and analyze regular financial and operational reports
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth commercial operations
- Document and track commercial activities and transactions
