At **EcoEx**, we are redefining sustainability through India’s first digital marketplace for plastic credit trading and EPR compliance. We partner with brands, recyclers, and communities to drive responsible waste management and environmental awareness.

**The Role**

We are hiring an **Executive - IEC Project** to lead on-ground awareness and engagement campaigns. You will play a key role in educating communities, schools, and institutions about plastic waste segregation, recycling, and EPR responsibilities through events, fieldwork, and digital outreach.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct awareness drives and workshops in schools, communities, and public spaces
- Develop and distribute IEC materials (posters, flyers, presentations)
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners for event execution
- Engage with local stakeholders and gather feedback
- Visit field locations and support on-ground project activities
- Prepare reports and documentation on campaign outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in outreach, CSR, or sustainability programs preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Comfortable with public speaking, field visits, and community engagement
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passionate about sustainability and social impact

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
