Customer Support Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities

2. Maintaining a professional and positive manner with all customers and third parties.

3. Liaising with third party or other departments to ensure operations smoothen, customer queries resolved promptly.

4. Troubleshooting problems for customers’ queries, raise to related departments to resolve customers' queries.

5. Always Providing excellent quality of customer service and resolving customers’ queries in line with departmental procedures.

6. Compile daily chat logs for management.

7. Following company rules, policy and other ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related fields
- Read, write and speak English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
