**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As an storage Administrator, you are responsible to provide L3 level technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Root Cause Analysis preparation and meeting Service level agreement for submission.

Develop, document and maintain procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning and configuration of environments as well as incremental backups as required
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- L1/ L2/L3 Level experience in IBM Storage and Netapp devices.
- Netapp Storage - L3
- Cisco switches expertise - L2/L3
- good communication and willing to work in 24/7 Shift.
- Netapp Storage - L3
- Cisco switches expertise - L2/L3
- Work experience on Brocade SAN switches
- Experience in IBM Storwize (V7000, FS9200, etc) Products
- **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Basic knowledge on Server - Windows / Linux and Network skills.
- Hands on working knowledge on Storage devices.

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
