**About Us**
**About role**
As a Product Architect you will be responsible for assisting in the design of our next generation automated transformation solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with stakeholders across the organization to identify product gaps and requirements-
- Creating product specifications in the form of design documents and user stories to support product roadmap-
- Conducting research, perform data analysis, develop prototypes to support new enhancement and features-
- Performing quality assurance on new features and functionality-
- Providing input and collaborate with UX designer to ensure UI design matches product requirements-
- Participating in the smartShift’s agile process including writing user stories, refinement, planning and documentation of product features**Skills and Experience**
**Mandatory skills**- 5+ Years experience in an ABAP Development Role-
- Experience with a variety of different SAP projects including Upgrades, S/4HANA Conversions and system consolidations-
- Experience in customer facing role - either consulting or development roles that required interaction with end users/functional analysts-
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with users, product management and developers-
- Ability to work independently to solve problems-
- Willingness to learn and research to expand personal knowledge of areas related to smartShift solutions-
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment by prioritizing work according to product roadmap and shifting focus when necessary or required-
- Understanding of the customer point of view and challenges as it relates to future projects and shifting custom development paradigms and requirements-
- Willingness to understand and embrace the use of automation to solve customer ABAP transformation requirements**Preferred skills**- Experience with RAP programming paradigms, CDS View Development and cloud development**Certifications**- Bachelor's Degree in computer/software development related program-
- ABAP Certifications, specifically related to RAP, BTP, etc a plus**_
