**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge of Hard Goods like handicrafts made in metal, wooden, ceramic, glass etc.**

**Relevant experience in QA/ QC (Quality Assurance/ Quality Control in buying house/export house**

**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out all kinds of controls/inspections like PPM, Inline, Mid, Final audits etc. as defined by the buyer in order to get the product in the right desired quality within the given delivery date.
- Should be able to handle day to day activities at the packaging floor.
- To manage all in house inventory.
- Schedule and track inbound and outgoing shipments.
- Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs.

**Maintain the quality compliance of the customers.**

**To ensure product delivery on time to meet customer satisfaction.**

Inventory, shipment & packaging

Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials

Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per customer criteria

Negotiate rates with carriers

Maintain customer service logs and safety records

Local and Export shipment tracking

Should have experience with a transportation domain.

coordination with transporters for goods receiving and goods dispatching.

Maintaining proper documentation as per regulations.

Experience in Logistics

Communicating via mails to the customers as and when needed for various aspects.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Urban Estate Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
