About the Role:
We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary who will play a crucial role in handling share recovery processes, coordinating with agencies, and managing client communications. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
Share Recovery Management - Handling and managing the process of recovering shares, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance.

Follow-ups with Agencies - Coordinating with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and other external agencies to ensure smooth processing of tasks.

Client Coordination - Engaging with clients, providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth communication.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation - Assisting in ROC filings, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Report Preparation & Communication - Preparing detailed reports, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
Semi-qualified CS (passed CS Executive)

Strong knowledge of corporate compliance, governance, and documentation

Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal)

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
