**Job Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for generating revenue by selling residential projects.
- Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
- Developing excellent relational skills with developers, investors and service providers in the Real Estate sector.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
- Strong clients focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:

- Attending the clients on daily walk-ins and make them aware about the site. Give them all the necessary information about the project.
- Call clients to visit and re-visit the site
- Maintain records and follow up the clients.
- Analyzing client’s needs and financial ability to recommend the right product.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Gender**:Male
- **Qualification**: MBA (Sales & Marketing)
- **Experience**: 1-3 Years in Sales/ Marketing of Real Estate Projects
- **Location**: Bhhubaneswar
- **Specific Experience**:Preferably into real estate
- **Skill set**: Good communication skills with fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Team Leader & Management skills
- Customer Management/Relation Skill
- Proven working experience as a Sales Manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Pleasing Personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines.
- Proven sales track record & Market knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
