**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
- Convert source data into the required electronic format.
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

**Required skills and qualification**
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- 30-35 word per minute typing speed with 100% accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- High school diploma or graduation degree additional computer training or certification will be an asset

**Salary**: 12k to 15k

**Job Location**: Mohali

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
