**Job Summary**

**Charms presently have offices at Chandigarh (HO), Mohali, Amritsar, Bathinda, South Delhi, West Delhi, Ludhiana, Khanna, Jalandhar, and Moga with on-going expansion plans.**

We are looking for **IELTS Coordinator** for the **Tilak Nagar office in West Delhi Office.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- The IELTS Coordinator will be responsible for documentation, Maintainer of daily attendance of every student according to the batch opted by the student.
- For Non-qualified students - Must encourage the applicant to extend the course duration to crack the English proficiency as a student overseas target.
- Coordinate with counselors for profile assessment.
- Should have knowledge of the checklist as per the requirement process protocol.
- Liaising with the Counsellors and head office and supporting applicants in completing the enrolment process with Charms TSW
- Coordination with students for routine matters and classes in progress.
- Maintain the MIS and reports daily, monthly & yearly. (Day-to-day record keeping of enrolled students along with previously enrolled students).
- Must be able to figure out previous students’ batch closing times and test booking of IELTS along with student IELTS Extensions if required.
- Must keep inventory of IELTS Stationary( Student Wise V/S in Stock)

Desired Profile
- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- **Minimum 3 yrs. experience as co-ordinator in the Canada Admissions lodgments center or any overseas office.**
- Thorough knowledge of IELTS modules and **lesson Plan to talk classes along with concrete planning on a daily and Monthly basis.**
- **Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.**
