**Key Responsibilities**:
Transaction Responsibility & Accuracy: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payment process, ensuring that all transactions are processed without errors and successfully completed. Take full ownership of payment transactions, ensuring that every payment meets the required standards for accuracy and efficiency.

Multi-Country Payment Handling: Manage payments for multiple countries, understanding and adhering to local payment methods, banking regulations, and currency exchange requirements. Ensure timely and accurate processing of international payments.

Bank Liaison & Relationship Management: Handle payments with multiple international and domestic banks, ensuring smooth transactions. Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners and ensure that any issues or discrepancies are addressed promptly.

Expense Recording & Tracking: Accurately record all payment-related expenses in the financial system, ensuring each transaction is categorized correctly. Ensure no expenses are missed or overlooked, maintaining clear and comprehensive records for reporting and auditing purposes.

Reconciliation: Reconcile all payment transactions with bank statements, ensuring that records match and any discrepancies are resolved immediately.

Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on payments, expenses, and financial transactions for internal review. Highlight any trends, challenges, or anomalies to management, ensuring transparency in payment operations.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all payments comply with company policies, industry regulations, and financial best practices. Proactively identify and report if any risks or issues within the payment process

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline the payment process, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Stay updated on new payment technologies and banking systems that could improve the department's operations.

**Key Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in payment processing, finance, or accounting, with prior experience handling international payments and managing relationships with multiple banks.

Skills & Competencies: o Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors swiftly.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. o In-depth knowledge of payment systems, Excel, and transaction tools. o Ability to handle payments in multiple currencies and work with cross-border banking systems.

Strong analytical skills for identifying discrepancies or risks in transactions

Highly reliable with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both internal teams and external banking partners.

A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
