**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning**: Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities while meeting educational standards.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Design, administer, and grade exams, assignments, and quizzes to assess student progress.
- **Student Support**: Provide individualized instruction and support to students to ensure understanding and success in mathematics.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- **Technology Integration**: Use educational technology and tools to enhance learning, including interactive whiteboards, mathematical software, and online resources.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other teachers, academic coordinators, and school staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest teaching strategies, tools, and mathematical concepts.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching certification (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in high school mathematics.
- Experience in teaching CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong command of mathematical concepts and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching (smart classrooms, educational software, etc.).
- Strong classroom management skills.
