**Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and Review of Legal Documents: Create, review, and modify various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal notices. Ensure that all legal documentation complies with current regulations and legal standards.
- Contract Management: Develop a variety of contracts, including HR documents, SAAS agreements, NDAs, and other miscellaneous agreements. Safeguard Junglework's best interests by scrutinizing contractual terms and conditions.
- Government Liaison: Establish connections with government agencies when required to secure essential approvals and licenses.Stay updated on changes in government regulations that may impact Junglework's legal compliance.- Litigation Management: Efficiently manage all legal disputes and litigations on behalf of Jungleworks.Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.Prepare and maintain essential legal documentation for ongoing cases. Act as a representative of Junglework in legal proceedings and negotiations.**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years of legal experience, either within a law firm or an IT company.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of legal principles, regulations, and compliance.
- Exhibit a proactive and productive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, paying meticulous attention to detail, and being capable of working efficiently under pressure.
