Pre-primary Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum and Lesson Planning**:

- Develop and implement a creative, age-appropriate curriculum that encourages children to explore and learn through play.
- Plan daily lessons, activities, and projects that foster creativity, language, motor skills, and social development.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs and abilities of individual children, encouraging their independence and problem-solving skills.
- **Child Development and Education**:

- Encourage children to engage in activities that enhance their cognitive abilities, such as recognizing colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and developing fine and gross motor skills.
- Promote social and emotional growth by teaching children about sharing, cooperation, communication, and building relationships with peers.
- Support early literacy and numeracy development through fun and engaging activities, songs, and games.
- **Classroom Environment Management**:

- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
- Organize learning areas in a way that supports a wide variety of activities, such as art, music, reading, and role-playing.
- Establish classroom routines that encourage children’s participation, helping them develop a sense of responsibility and structure.
- **Behavior Management and Support**:

- Use positive reinforcement techniques to guide children's behavior, teaching respect, responsibility, and self-control.
- Manage classroom behavior with patience, empathy, and fairness, addressing issues calmly and proactively.
- Recognize individual learning styles and temperaments, adjusting the approach accordingly to ensure each child feels supported.
- **Assessment and Monitoring Progress**:

- Observe and track children’s progress across various developmental areas, including language skills, physical abilities, and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s development, including milestones, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Share regular progress reports with parents or guardians, highlighting achievements and areas requiring attention.
- **Parent and Caregiver Communication**:

- Establish strong communication with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about their child’s progress, behaviors, and needs.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss each child's development, offer guidance, and answer questions.
- Address any concerns raised by parents and provide suggestions for supporting their child’s learning at home.
- **Promote Health and Safety**:

- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety during activities, play, and outdoor excursions.
- Encourage healthy habits such as good hygiene practices, nutritious eating, and physical activity.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Plan and organize special activities such as field trips, celebrations, and school events to provide enriching experiences for the children.
- Integrate fun physical and creative activities, such as dance, music, art, and storytelling, into the daily routine.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to enhance teaching skills and stay current with early childhood education trends.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to improve curriculum delivery and share resources or ideas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
